Guillermo Vasco Christian Ministry, Inc.

Guillermo Vasco Christian Ministry, Inc. welcomes respectful communications from individuals seeking prayer, spiritual encouragement, Christian fellowship, educational information, or general ministry assistance.

Our ministry is guided by compassion, dignity, truth, restoration, and the teaching of Jesus Christ:

“I was in prison and you visited me.” — Matthew 25:36

By sending an email or submitting a message through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.

1. Appropriate Reasons to Contact Us

Members of the public may contact the ministry for matters such as:

  • Prayer requests and spiritual encouragement
  • Questions about the Christian faith or the Bible
  • Requests for ministry information or educational resources
  • Testimonies of faith, recovery, forgiveness, or restoration
  • General inquiries about ministry programs, publications, or services
  • Requests for Christian support relating to incarceration, reentry, addiction recovery, loneliness, grief, or other personal hardships
  • Professional, charitable, volunteer, or ministry partnership inquiries

Please explain the purpose of your message clearly and provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to understand and respond to your request.

2. Christian and Respectful Communication

All communications must be respectful, truthful, and appropriate.

Messages containing threats, harassment, hateful language, sexual content, impersonation, fraudulent requests, malicious files, commercial spam, or repeated abusive communications may be blocked, deleted, preserved as evidence, or reported to the appropriate service provider or authorities.

Disagreement is permitted, but abusive conduct is not. We ask every visitor to communicate with the same dignity and courtesy that they would wish to receive.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

The ministry will treat legitimate communications with care, discretion, and respect. Reasonable efforts will be made to limit access to authorized persons who need the information to respond to the sender’s request.

However, email and ordinary website forms are not completely secure. Therefore, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary:

  • To comply with applicable law, a court order, subpoena, or lawful governmental request
  • To protect a person from a credible and immediate threat of serious harm
  • To report suspected abuse, exploitation, or neglect when reporting is required or reasonably necessary
  • To investigate fraud, threats, cyberattacks, harassment, or misuse of the website
  • To protect the legal rights, safety, property, or security of the ministry or another person

Sending a message to the ministry does not automatically create a legally recognized confidential or privileged relationship.

4. Do Not Send Highly Sensitive Information

Please do not send the following information through ordinary email or a public contact form:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Passwords or security codes
  • Bank-account, credit-card, or payment information
  • Complete medical or mental-health records
  • Unredacted court, prison, immigration, or identification documents
  • Full birth dates, identification numbers, or home addresses
  • Private photographs or intimate materials
  • Information belonging to another person without authorization

When documents are necessary, remove or cover information that is not relevant to the request.

The ministry may decline to open unexpected attachments or links for security reasons.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Messages concerning legal problems may be reviewed only for general educational, ministry, or referral purposes.

Contacting Guillermo Vasco Christian Ministry, Inc. does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information provided through the website is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Do not rely on an email to protect a legal deadline, preserve an appeal, file a court document, or obtain emergency legal relief. Individuals facing legal deadlines should promptly contact a qualified attorney, legal-aid organization, public defender, court clerk, or other authorized legal professional.

6. No Medical or Mental-Health Relationship

The ministry may offer prayer, faith-based encouragement, and general spiritual support, but it does not replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Email communication does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, counselor-client, or similar licensed professional relationship.

Do not stop medication, delay medical treatment, or disregard professional advice based on information received through this website.

7. Emergencies and Crisis Messages

This website and email service are not continuously monitored and must not be used for emergencies.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, considering suicide or self-harm, facing violence, or requiring urgent assistance, contact:

  • 911 or the appropriate emergency service in your location
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States by calling or texting 988
  • A local hospital, crisis center, law-enforcement agency, or trusted qualified professional

A prayer request or email message is not a substitute for emergency intervention.

8. Messages Concerning Minors

A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult should supervise communications submitted by or concerning a minor.

Minors should not submit sensitive personal information, photographs, medical details, school information, or location information without the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The ministry may restrict, discontinue, or refer communications involving minors whenever necessary for safety, privacy, or legal compliance.

9. Response Times

Every sincere message is appreciated, but an immediate or individual response cannot be guaranteed.

Response times may depend on:

  • The nature and complexity of the request
  • The availability of ministry staff or volunteers
  • Security screening
  • Technical limitations
  • The number of messages received
  • Whether additional information is reasonably required

Please avoid sending repeated copies of the same message unless you are correcting important information.

10. Attachments, Links, and Cybersecurity

For security reasons, the ministry may refuse to open:

  • Unexpected attachments
  • Password-protected files
  • Executable programs
  • Suspicious links
  • Extremely large files
  • Documents containing malware or unsafe content

When sending a legitimate document, identify the document in the body of the email and explain why it is relevant.

The ministry is not responsible for harm caused by malicious files, compromised accounts, third-party email providers, internet failures, or unauthorized interception beyond its reasonable control.

11. Prayer Requests and Testimonies

Prayer requests and personal testimonies will ordinarily be treated respectfully and privately.

The ministry will not intentionally publish a sender’s name, photograph, testimony, or identifying information without permission, except where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

A person who wishes to authorize publication of a testimony should provide clear written consent and specify whether the person’s full name, first name, initials, or anonymous description may be used.

12. No Guarantee of Services or Results

Submitting an email does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into a ministry program
  • Financial assistance
  • Legal representation
  • Medical or psychological services
  • Immigration assistance
  • Employment
  • Housing
  • Prison visitation
  • Advocacy with a court, prison, government agency, or other organization
  • A particular spiritual, legal, medical, or personal outcome

The ministry may provide general information, prayer, encouragement, educational resources, or referrals when appropriate and reasonably available.

13. Donations and Financial Requests

Do not send cash, financial credentials, banking information, or gift-card numbers by email.

Any official donation opportunity should be completed only through a payment method clearly identified and authorized by Guillermo Vasco Christian Ministry, Inc.

The ministry does not guarantee financial assistance and may decline requests for money, loans, sponsorship, or payment of personal expenses.

14. Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

Do not submit copyrighted books, articles, photographs, legal forms, recordings, or other materials unless you own them or have permission to share them.

By voluntarily submitting an original prayer request, comment, suggestion, or testimony, you confirm that you have the right to send it.

The ministry will not publicly reproduce identifying personal material without appropriate permission, subject to legal and safety exceptions.

15. Record Retention

The ministry may retain communications for a reasonable period for purposes including:

  • Responding to requests
  • Maintaining ministry records
  • Protecting safety and security
  • Preventing abuse or fraud
  • Documenting consent
  • Complying with legal obligations

Messages may later be deleted, archived, or anonymized in accordance with ministry practices and applicable requirements.

16. Right to Decline or End Communication

The ministry reserves the right to decline, limit, or discontinue communication when a message:

  • Falls outside the ministry’s mission
  • Requests unlawful or unethical assistance
  • Contains threats, harassment, manipulation, or abuse
  • Creates a safety or cybersecurity concern
  • Demands professional services the ministry is not authorized to provide
  • Repeatedly disregards these guidelines

This decision may be made without further correspondence when reasonably necessary.

17. Consent to These Guidelines

By emailing the ministry or submitting a website contact form, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read or had an opportunity to read these guidelines
  • You understand the limitations of email security and confidentiality
  • You voluntarily provide the information in your message
  • You understand that no attorney-client, medical, therapeutic, or other licensed professional relationship is automatically created
  • You agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully

Our Commitment to You

Although these guidelines establish necessary boundaries, every sincere person who contacts this ministry will be treated with dignity and Christian compassion.

We seek to listen without unnecessary judgment, respond with honesty, protect privacy responsibly, and encourage hope through the love of Jesus Christ.
